The positives are that the kids love the wave pool, lazy river, slides, etc. SixFlags is a known and popular name but this particular park is absolutely awful I cant even believe this is a SixFlags park, they should absolutely be ashamed of this location. what about the steps leading up to the huge waterslides there was no social distancing there, no social distancing on the refill line, or the splash pad but you want to try and social distance the wave pool its the stupidest thing ever. They had people waiting on lines for hours on top of each other to get inside, 3,000 people made reservations for the park today, and your going to try and social distance the WAVE POOL. i have been to many different water parks in NY and NJ that have hundreds of more guest and I have never ever ever ever seen a line at a WAVE POOL. customer service is everything and these kids working these food carts are absolutely terrible.After we got our refill we tried to get back in the wave pool, never have I EVER SEEN A LINE AT A WAVE POOL. if they hate their job then find another one. Horrible horrible horrible customer service, its so sad people go to these parks and pay alot of money, they are happy to be there and for some people this might be the only time they could afford it or are able to go and the staff here will ruin that fun day out experience. $8.00 for a cup of water that should have been FREE. THEN she had them fill up her bottle and asked for a cup of water and they charged her $8.00 for a cup of water. She is elderly dripping in sweat and he sent her to stand online for 40 min, 2 people in front of me allowed her to skip. The kid working the drink booth told her it doesnt work and to go get on line, instead of just filling her bottle up. there was also a elderly lady waiting to fill up her little thermos with water which she tried to do at the fountain on the side of the booth and it didnt work. They didnt greet or say hello, they move so extremely slow without a care in the world, their was 2 people working and one decided she wanted to make cups, by the time i got to the actual window the line was way pass the lockers and she decided to start making cups instead of getting this line down and helping her co worker. I waited 40 min for a refill and I started by a garbage can that was just a few feet away from the booth and still waited 40min. The kids working the drink station behind the taco cart were even worse then the fry bread cart. at the other sixflags they have refill stations where you just fill up your cup.

we ordered the orange year long cup with free refills along with 2 fry breads. No type of personality, no happiness nothing. The staff here was so rude, very unfriendly and seem to hate their jobs. Then we picked up our food and it allllll went down hill. We then ordered food from the app that was easy and worked well, thats what the 1 star is for. We decided to rent a locker because we had our phones and wallets, the locker was $11.00 plus tax for the tiny one. there are mile long lines for rides, so we decided to just go hang out at the wave pool, that was fun. Once we made it through the screening and security, you waited again on a line to get your ticket scanned, they take your picture for your season pass and have you write you name on your pass. You are allowed to bring in your Hydro Flask which is cool. Nobody checked ours bags for water or anyfood. They checked our temps and we went through the metal detector. the line to get in was wrapped around the side of the parking lot, we waited over an hour just to get into the park. i dont know why she felt the need to tell me that twice but ok we move along and find parking in that same lot. and i go ok so how do i get out and then do we just walk over? She goes yes sorry we are expecting 3,000 people today. I asked where down the street and she goes i dont know its not that hard to find it, we are expecting 3,000 people today so its very busy.

We get to the park today at 11:50am we pull in and the parking people tell us im sorry the parking lot is full go drive down the road and park in the dirt area down the street. So i made my reservations a week in advance and i am a season pass holder. Ok so you have to make reservations now because of COVID.
